Lubrication Oil Misting / Coating Assembly for Pipes and Tubulars

Complete with spray arms for external pipe surface coating and extendable legs for internal pipe surface coating. Without the use of air, its high pressure pump facilitates quick site mobilisation, where large pipes from ranging from 3 inch to 10 inch inner diameter needs to be coated with fine oil mist to prevent oxidation and corrosion.   Model PMO 30LPM is driven by a 200 bar high pressure pump to efficiently discharge 30 liter/min of high viscosity lub oil (100cst) through Ruby Insert Fog Nozzles into fine oil mist for pipes coating.
