Constructed of 316L SS with telfon packing gland for 2500 Lb rating.

 

Designed for demanding injection of chemical into process stream in hazardous location.

Our retractable chemical injection Quill provides a safe means for chemical injection and liquid sampling retrieval.

 

Quill probe is manufactured from forged bar stock socket welded into the 2500# Weld Neck Flange outlet flange.

A full bore non return valve eliminates the risk of back flow into or out of the process stream, utilising a spring loaded poppet as safety valve to ensure leak proof integrity.

A double block and bleed valve can be interconnected to the injection quill assembly.
